Rifleman Archive

Before this patch i could do about 2700 to a player. After many battles i get lucky to do about 200 with Headshot 3. So that means by the time someone get's to me i've barely hurt them. Not only do i have a minus to accuracy now, but i shoot slower than them because i am using a rifle. But wait what if they don't run up to you. Well pistols don't seem to miss me from 60 meters out. Yet there's even more, the almighty knockdown. They spam it, you can't do anything and on top of that they do 50% more damage now because your now laying on your back. ok ok ok, soi'm ina group. Well by the time i kill one person with my headshot 3 i have no mind left to use now. Anyways, I think that we should get our titles changed and stuff. Currently i'm listed as a sniper. Well, i don't snipe @#$!@#. There's no 1 shot 1 kill, no 2 shot 2 kill, there's a 6-7 shot kill. I think now we are about as useful as a commando. Anyways, if anyone can give me a reason to even be a rifleman now please let me know. Only thing i can think of is to stand in the back of the group and just Db people that are incapped from a distance.

If your among 95% of the rifleman population your role in PvP is to die from 1-shot kills by carbineers, pistoleers, smugglers, and BH's... knockdown.

If your among the 5% of rifleman that are master rifleman(the only ones our corespondent represents) then your role in PvP is to spam Strafe Shot 2 (a flame thrower attack) at machine gun speeds and pray you hit the enemy twice before he hits you once with knockdown.
