well my bow is 1108 w/o a pup andi never hit anything but lairs even close to that number. other players and even npc's are consistently hit for much much less unless it's a hit with sniper shot. and as you should know it's not always convenient to drop into sniper shot mode in the middle of a fight where you're being swarmed by swordsman and jedi.
as for the striker itis pre req'd for master rifle and is max damage @ 900+. not sure on the exact number but it's over 900. i know the dps is 448. i still cant hit for what swordsman can and i'm just trying to understand why. they get close enough to catch me with a couple of those 1k hits and it's over before i can heal again. i mean i know my melee D is low but this is ridiculous. especially when i cant hit back with comparable damage.
btw i noticed you're the corro here so maybe you should let them know that vs npc's with rifles i was repeatedly startled yesterday in a few fights with no delay.once it ran out i would be hit with it again immediatley.i have not fought a rifleman player since the nerf so i dont know if it happens then or not but against npc's it does. if this is "working as intended" then that would not be very fair imo.
whats shots do you use when you hunt?
and also what is your accuracy at when you have your weapon equipped, more accuracy equals more dmg

it's not hunting that's the prob. it's pvp. i'm using the only shots that seem to have any effect in most situations being headshot, legshot, aimed and ranged shot. i get in my kd/startle combo but that only works one time. after that i'm left with the others. in most pvp encounters i cant even imagine trying to use snipershot due to the warmup and the range req.
i also have +19 in tapes for rifle accuracy on my armor and it doesnt seem to make any diff whatsoever. i still have plenty of misses and low damage output.
i'll post screens of the guns i use most and you can maybe tell me what's wrong with them.
