stocked version : 166-388 7.7 -70/+22/+10 69/62/100 (20K sliced versions)
speed version : 127-350 7.3 -70/0/+10 39/33/72 (15K unsliced)
dam version : 130-352 7.4 -70/+12/+10 41/33/72 (15K unsliced)
So do you guys think this is a good deal for a starter T21, should I keep my trusty Laser Rifle or shop around a bit more ?

The prices are awesome and the dmg is competitive. Looks like decent materials are being used in making them and the weaponsmith had good or better experimentation.
One thing though, the dmg onthe stocked looks like it's not yet sliced, but says it is - it's not much more powerful thanthe non-stocked,but has higher HAM costs. If it's sliced, then the slice was poor maybe? If you can get a couple un-sliced and do your own slicing, you may be able to get better damage out of it.
If you're still leveling riflemen, the speed and HAM costs on most any T-21 will be painful. A speed-sliced laser or E11 will have slightly lower damage but much better speed and HAM costs which will most likely lead to more kills and faster levelling.
Cheers,
