Once everyone getsthe chance, I'd like to hearyour thoughts. I want to giveour feedback aboutthe new Rifleto the DEVS. Specially from those whom tested it when the dungeon was on the Test Center. The weapon will be live in 2 weeks, I hope to hear everyones comments on it then at this thread.

The schematic and components come from Geonosian dungeon, which isn't opening until two weeks from now (check TH posts in dev tracker).


Based on the screenshots we got from Test before they closed the dungeon there, it looks like a fairly nice rifle, although the extreme difficulty of the dungeon and rarity of loot drops will relegate it to a curiosity status, as with the nightsister glowy lance.

Yes, sorry I do mean when it comes to the live severs. Unless you've already tested it on the TC and have some input. I want tohave a thread ready and have some input coming in regarding TC usage and everyones initial thoughts from the photo images I've listed.


Sorry I didn't clarify that in the first post and had to reword it a bit.

That rifle is sexay. Medium armour peircing, 150-350 damage and a +1 modifier at point blank make mefeel funny in pants

Couldn't see the pictures, but what I think needs to be done is tweaking the loot drops so they're not ridiculously rare. That goes for a number of other things too (cough cough Legendaries) but that's for another thread.

Judging from the pictures and the resorces the person actually used to make it....That rifle CAN be better...100% Damage experimentation, Dump the rest into ham....All you need is a great weaponsmith with experimentation skill enhancers and you have a monster on your hands, my weaponsmith has +25 to experimentation from tapes/armor pieces and is in a reserch city...Only time will tell how good it will come my way to scylla, but i'll let you guys be the first to know

The acid damage is not a big problem, it makes a great alternitive to stun, They are bringing us a acid rifle at the right time imo because there is acid resisting helms but are costly and need rare resorces just like stun, so some people will have them, others wont, it will be a great medium, between having a good damage type, and having an **edit**load of power. as i figure it 180-350, 455 max with 30% damage slice, 33% power up brings us to 605. making it a 311-605 acid damage, medium AP monster, if you ask me this should only be up for use as master rifleman keeping the dabblers and nerf bats away from us

All i need is this and a jawa ion, and i'll be a happy camper.

The ham cost seems good, Speed should be upped a little bit to match the damage possibility possibly in the 6.5 range to keep the people that dabble to use it and use specials will be slowed down to about 10 seconds

range needs to be changed 0@0,+35@32,+50@64. pointblank should be point blank.

Any word on if these can be stocked/scoped? i know they display it already, but it would be nice to see if it could work.

I'm going to try and get our Weaponsmith Correspondent to stop by, see if he has any feedback from the TC for us.

These can be stocked/scoped, unless the schematic was altered before being pushed to Live.

can they take krayt tissues? I think it's 6 tissues. Or do the cubes fill that role?

Yeah, 5 handlers, 6 tissues to make. think about 80 tissues,Advance stock experimented for mainly damage only.....33% power up, 30% damage slice...Holy christ thats 1k damage. Can we get some droolage here?
