to your question, MRifles plus either MPistol or MCarab and doc 4000 sounds quite good, you can do some backup healing for the group, really good damage output and either snare/kd or some roots/delays. never really tried it in the field but it sure looks good on paper

another idea might be MRifles and MSmuggler for that really nice root, plus slicing got some love rescently. rest of the points you might spend in tka 4000 to meditate away your sorrows ... never tried it, but again looks good on paper

Only problem is you will draw Agrro really fast in PVE

Master Rifleman, Carbine 0-4-0-0, Pistol 0-2-0-3, Doc 4-0-0-0... no idea if this makes CL 80, but ranged accuracy is through the roof at 300. Defense is decent, although you're going to feel the defense hit leaving BH... big time no matter what you do.

Gives you the improved snare and a root, but no KD. You could drop the 2nd line of pistol and get Charge Shot in Carbine for the ranged KD.

this is the exact template i am considering, just, as someone else noted ,gonna take a big hit on general accuracy and speed from dropping MBH.

mind you, whatever i try im gonna grind into and save my token respec in case i dont like it
