I want to know what skill tapes will help a rifleman out the best for the purpose of doing damage?

I prefer General Ranged Speed and Acc than Rifle Speed and Acc tapes.

What benefits Rifleman via skilltapes?
Rifle Accuracy or Speed Tapes.
General Ranged Accuracy or Speed Tapes (much more preferred, works for all ranged weapons, but will cost significantly higher credits)
Rifle Defense
Ranged or Melee Defense
There's a bunch of old mods still out there. Personally, I don't trust them and disregard them. Stuff like XXX Accuracy while moving, Cover, etc.
