I recently resurrected an old character I have, human, to do the Master Doc/Rifleman thing. I have my mind maxed at 1100. However I do notice that with composite, standard encumberance, my mind sometimes drains. This is Brandy and canape. I've never needed dancer buffs, really, on my Wooie guy. So I was assuming i could get by on this lady(she's female). Am I missing something here?

Up your Mind Secondaries. They're more important than the primary Mind pool. Focus is how much attacks cost, and at 1500 there is no attack cost. Willpower is how you fast you regen.

Just curious, what would you recommend leaving my health/Action at?

for human, you leave them at 400 for all of them, you will basicly need buffs to survive then...

If you're going the buffed route, 400's across the board with 1100 mind, 1100 focus, 800 willpower. If you want to be able to play unbuffed you'll want to adjust to health and action and their secondarieisor else you will drain those pools similar to your mind.
