Me personally I have 3 damage 1 speed and 1 critical, I would post the stats but I am at work atm. I have mine ADK'd as well as my T21 for different situations.



Chimaera - February +Stealth+
Sunrunner - Freelo Entertaining the Masses

It's all about the way you want it, level 4 speed for highest dps, but most action drain. Level 3 Damage level 1 speed level 1 critical for decent damage and lower action drain. Or completely critical slice it(10%) is pretty cool.
