Im am using a t21 and it rulz. How can I lower my SAC though. When im huntin bounties it's a pain to have my action bar down in a few shots. So how can u lower the SAC for rifles. And as a sidenote I cant put these attachments I have on my weapons.I try draggin them on the weapon and it doesnt work. Do I have to see a weapons smith?

Once the rifle has been made, the only way to lower the sac is to use a Pup.

yeah I picked up some nice pups that brought my SAC from 82 down to 57 on my ALR. Only thing was I took a -16 in accuracy so now im at 4 on the gun with the pup.
