Or it could just be you've used it so much, something like that. I'm not sure, but pre-cu the Holocron always stated that power-ups do not speed up the degrading of condition, although most people believed it did. Not sure about how it is now.

now it says the weapon will decay quicker if one is on, as compared to if one isn't. Its like overclocking your CPU. It will run down faster compared to someone who didn't...same concept
Plus, if you ADK the weapon, you don't have to worry about that!

Yes powerups definately speed up condition loss on your weapons, they have done forever. My answer... Adk your most used weapons.

Or if you are using you rifle for grinding you can just find a vendor that sells adequate ALRs for a reasonable price and stock up. I currently have 6 ALRs that are 86 SAC, good speed (cant remember the exact number), and 997 damage. I damage PUP them, wear them out and throw them away.

I'm pretty sure if you read the description of a PUP it says it will decay your weapon faster.

I'm not sure if it still does, but Overcharge Shot ate weapon condition up in the Pre-CU era.
Want a quick way to eat up your weapon back then? Use a PUP and start using the Overcharge Shots.

I'm prolly gonna slice the rest of it, then ADK it with an extra one i have. When i get a really uber one with tissues or power cells, and get it the way i want, i'll remove the adk off the old one. i have 2 exact copies of it, so i'm not particularly worried about it.
