I *had* a fairly gimpy T21 as a gun while I waited for a weaponsmith to log in and make a new gun for me.
Last night I got it, capped nicely ALR and ADK'ed.
So, I head out to try it on some NPC's then PVP in Bestine. Pull out my sprayshot and notice something strange... compared to when I was fighting with my T21 with my ALR equipped I noticed I was dodging a LOT more, and the enemy had a lot more misses. Not only this but the damage landing was significantly lower. These were CL70 npc's too, and I am 76. I was, and still am, not wearing any armor.
During the several tests on imperial patrols my infusion was able to keep me filled almost the whole time.
It's kinda strange, because the ALR has no class requirement, and the T21 does. I wonder if it has something to do with this...

or it could be related to the highlite point? The T-21 does not suck - it is just as good in every way but accuracy as the ALR . The big problem with it is that it should be better then the ALR since it is most costly to manufactor.

Aye, also i believe it still takes significantly more resources and loot components (if you use them) making it more exspensive, and slightly less powerful.
