is there any templete that takes away your movement hinderence when carrying a rifle?
it certainly isnt MR/MBH

no.
weapon movementhinderances can never be mitigated.

While you cannot get rid of your own movement hinderence, you can apply one to your enemy, that's your best bet. Carbine and Pistol both have specials useful for this.

Heh...it's actually ranged weapon movement hinderance. If you have a melee weapon in hand you don't get movement hinderance. That's why I usually swap out to my electro pole when I need to move fast. Now if we can only get melee strike to work with melee weapons...
