I have master rifleman, master creature handler (I like having pets to use, makes the game fun for me). Unfortuanatley I gave away most of my stuff when I left 8 months ago. Is a T21 rifle the best way to go? I was mostly a Master TKA and Doctor before. What are some good tips in using this combo also. Thanks for the help.

Can't help you with the CH stuff, but I can tell you the T21 is still a very good weapon, so long as it has been crafted with a not-outrageous SAC (Special action cost). The first one I bought was 130SAC and I quickly learned that SAC is a very important stat! Now I use an advanced laser rifle 96SAC - best rifle I've used so far, especially PUP'd. Still a little high on the SAC but the blob candy and pixies seem to negate it. I rarely run out of action.

Laser rifle is better than t21 in damage/speed/add-ons now. Even though Laser is achieved at 54 Novice while t21 Master

That is not the case. The T21 has higher weapon crafting caps than the ALR. The weaponsmith forum have a post stating know caps to weapons.
T21 Rifle
Max 1184.5
Speed
Wound 33.35%
SAC 82
ADV Laser Rifle
Max 1184.5
Speed
Wound 14.95%
SAC 82
The caps on max damage and SAC are the same but with the T21 you can have over twice the wound stat.
The reason that the ALR seems better, I believe, is when they converted all the items the ALR's converted better than the T21's.
