it could be just me, but has any1 had a problem having these two cybernetic arms(plus 10 and plus 5 distance) installed and there isnt even a distance bonus to what your normally supposed to have? Like for example my max distance without the arms is 65 and whenever i installed both of these im supposed to get a 80 max distance but it still doesnt wanna reach to that distance. is this ability only supposed to work with some weapons or what am i doing wrong?

It doesn't tell you above the head that you have an increased max distance, but you can shoot from 80m.

oh so even though it says (out of range) from 80m i can still shoot em?
