I left when CU hit, I'm back.
New to rifles.
Is master rifleman / master ranger good for pve?

Everything is very balanced. Fortunetly, as long as your smart about it, you can do any combo that sounds fun and with practice it will be good.
And yes, rifles/ranger should be allot of fun.
