Do they work? if so to what effect? Sorry for the noob question just trying to see if I should auction a +11 CA I have

There does not appear to be a skill related percentage for gaining cover anymore so the SEA is basically worthless as far as I can tell.

Could you test it on some med level creautures with/without this CA? Maybe see if you get more shots off before being noticed with it.
