Was hoping that wasn't the case. Do the devs think "Let's break up the monotony of counter-sniping with a special that's both redundant and gimped!"? Oh, well.

...when you have flushing shot for the posture change *and* a stun?

It would probably be hard to quantify, but since everything on the secondary effects are chances to cause this to happen (chance to stun, chance to dizzy, chance to change posture, etc.), my guess would be that Startleshot1 and 2 have a greater chance to raise posture than do Flushingshot1 and 2 since the Startleshots are higher in the tree than their Flushingshot counterparts and the Flushingshots have multiple effects. I say it would be hard to quantify because NPCs change posture on their own a lot, and it would take a lot of data and analysis to determine why a particular target changed posture when it did. I think only Development can answer this one.

Startle is a great shot I know I want animals to stand up and chase me.

The point of startle shot is to take up space in a skill box, same with suprise shot.

i know i havent used half of the attacks in the skill boxes , well used once at least and then figured, nah its crap shot, never gonna use it
