Yep, and if you're looking for some fun try conceal shot on a lair sometime.

As CastorTroy said, yes, it does.

However, Concealshot is not perfect, and it does not undo anything. For instance, you cannot walk up to an NPC, stick your T21 in his face and expect Concealshot to keep him from noticing you there. Likewise, if they aggroed on you for some reason, and you got away and hit peace. Even if you sneak back into range, if you shoot them with Concealshot, they will immediately aggro on you (unless a great deal of time has passed).

So yes, Concealshot works just fine. However, it does not prevent a response under all circumstances.

I've found that conceal shot works 100% of the time while prone. (and not moving)

Conceal Shot+Conceal ability of ranger is the best to kill npc's. Just conceal yourself prone and shot.They will not notice it. Some npc's (ie troopers) walk to check out or something.

The only possibility is that you loose your concealment and they shoot back to you.

Markscent with conceal shot is good for creatures.
