Ok... I'll jump in before all the "l33t d00ds" with their "uber" rifles ruin your perception.
On Eclipse server, a non-sliced T21 will generally be around 340-380 max damage I believe. You can pay a fortuneand find them bigger and better, but this is true of every rifle. Sliced for damage you can find them anywhere from 400 on up into the 500's usually. Again, may be a few "uber" rifles out there that are stronger, but I'm giving you the info for stuff you can actually find and afford!
Hope that helps. Speed on most of mine is 7.4, by the way. So until you make master, they are Sloooooowwww.

premaster you can geta 400ish damage T21 and hope for a nice 30%+ speed slice then use speed powerups. a T21 like that will speed up the grind.
at master that same T21 with a 30%+ damage slice is very nice.
if your not using a krayt weapon just use damage powerups since its a run of the mill store bought weapon degradation overtime doesnt really matter.
normal T21 are in the 7.0ish and the 380-420 damage range on Bria.
also be sure to pick up a DXR6b rifleonce you master.

Starside T21s are about 369 max damage and 7.2 speed without an advanced stock, 404 max damage and 7.5 speed with an advanced stock. You should be able to pick up some speed sliced T21s for dirt cheap from your neigborhood master rifleman. I normally just give mine away to guildies that are starting the profession. Asa master BH, you should start as a 0-0-0-3 rifleman, that gives a nice speed bonus, so get a speed sliced rifle and use damage powerups. The thing that will annoy you more than not is your poor accuracy. You might want to get some special rifles with scopes. Use overcharge shot 2 until you get flurryshot1. Flurry does slightly less damage, but it's an area attack + dizzy. If someone is tanking for you then this shot will get you the most exp until you get headshot3. Go up sniping first, then conceal for soloing without a tank, if you always have a tank available then do countersniping before conceal. After you hit 4-0-0-4 you will find exping to be nice and smoothe.

My grind Rifle is 149-378 DMG and 5.4 speed(33% I think Speed slice). My big damage rifle is 199-501 (688 dmg with powerup)
(35% damage slice) and 7.4 speed i believe.
