Im a Rifleman 4-1-3-2 - anyone have any suggestions of what tree I should try and go up next (for PvE)? Should I go ahead and go for counter-sniping 4 or start up the concealment tree?

At this point, it isn't that important. You've got all the good stuff (besides Master) already. I'd say go for Concealment for Ranged Mitigation, maybe? Just get 4/4/4/4 ASAP

I would hope that yuo have been dumping all possible combat exp into that last box. Other then that, you can go anywhere.

Do conceal first, for the damage mitigation.

I had the Rifleman exp to get Concealment 2 but was torn whether to wait and get Counter-Sniping 4. I then decided that since I use concealment quite a lot (especially lately) that I'd go with Concealment 2 and just continue up the chain until 4/4/4/4

And yes - I am definitely saving all combat experience for the Rifleman Special Abilities though. I have some light Swordsman skills but Im not wasting any skill points or combat exp on that right now.
