You should be ok. Prior to Master buffs and food should keep your HAM costs down to managable levels because of the slow firing rate. At Master it's more difficult but then again things die a lot quicker when you Master too. So it evens out.

well I would say mightate your sub stats to the max for your species, but good luck with that now you have to find a ID for that.

Use Ahrisa rather than Canape. A good one is like +410 to focus for 40+ minutes with 33% filling. With 1200 extra focus, specials shouldn't cost you HAM unless you're wearing the heaviest composite around.

Depends, humans are prefered but mon cals are decent.. the devs were so racist when they did this cause mon cals are supposed to have the highest focus/mind yet they hae 800 focus...
800 x 2 (music) = 1600 + 620 (brandy = 2220 - 900 (stun comp) = 1300 = my mind hurts so u need canape or focus food for sure.
500 x 2 = 1000 +620 = 1620 + 1200 focus food = 2820 - 900 = 1880 = plenty if u hav efocus food without focus food thats like 150 mind a shot iwth t21 if not more

Yes, your race will hurt you a lot. Don't even think about wearing armor while spamming specials. You would need to be a humanwith 1100 mind, 1100 focus, and 800 mind to use the very best effectiveness sliced 40/90 armor sets. You would also need two brandies and a dancer/musician buff.

i am a zabrak rifleman an my mind is 1000/400/600. I wear full comp armour and can spam specials all day. I use 2 brandy (425) and 1 canape (727). it costs about 20 mind per strafe 2 and it regens just as quick. i am speed capped so i am at max fire rate.

my bothan wears full comp, has mind stats like 1100, 600, 500 adn I can spam all day with 2 brandys, and a canape or ashria, and a muon gold for when things get real tough.
