Please help who knows,
What is maximum for Block,Speed,Accuracy...
maximum for speed 97?
accuracy 125?
block 125?

There is no real maximum.
But using skill tapes you can +25 to any skill, as long as you have +25 in skill tapes.
Skill tapes are maxed at +25.
So I guess the most you can get is whatever you have in that skill +25.

Well that is besides block which caps at 125, but you can add +25 in skill tapes and make it 150, but without skill tapes it caps at 125. The same goes with Ranged Defense and Melee Defense, and well dodge and counterattack.

what about defence vs. stun and such?
125 too? (like dodge,ranged,melee,block)

I don't believe they put a cap on defense vs. [insert state change here]. But it has been said that there is a minimum of something like a 10% chance that it will stick no matter what the defenses.

I was under the impression that it was capped same as ranged/melee defense. But it's kinda hard to test, I suppose

I'm pretty sure you are correct. I read a Dev post by TH a long time back, when the nerfed the +210 dodge-stacking fecner/pistoleers...he stated there would always be either a 5 or 10% (cant remeber which) chance of being hit. Also, I am nearly certain that Def Vs. States are capped at 125.
