Thread: Was I Smart for Doing This?

Hello Everyone,


I've been playing the game for along while and With the combat revamp I came to the conclusion to spend some big money. I spent about9 million credits in Rifle Speed Tapes.


I purchased a +8 (4mil)

+6 (3 Mil)

+5 (2 mil)


My logic was for what i feel is an unavoidable nerf in rifle speed in the near future. I think Rifleman will be dropped to a +70 speed at Master or somewhere along those lines.


I know one shouldn't jump to any conclusions - but i have this feeling that rifleman are gonna get fatter fingers preventing faster trigger pulls

If you have the credits to spare, I'd call it a good idea. I won't mention the fact that I got +2 less in tapes than you for 7M less....


Honestly though, I could see how it may seem like a good idea to the Devs to give us less speed altogether, but I hope that any reduction will by no means reduce it byany more than+5 or maybe +10. Even that shouldn't happen because we, like Fencer, are a good, solid profession. We need some specials fixed, but for the most part, we work.


Hopefully, we won't see a speed nerf in the CB just because we work better than most other combat professions. Besides, as long as Riflemen can hit the speed cap, some will. It'll just cost a lot more than it used to and take away the less wealthy players' chances of competing.

i think the devs ruin the game alot with nerfs, i know for sure that if rifleman is nerfed i'm droping it right away. i hate nerfs!!!!
