Simple Q. I need combat XP to gainRifle Speed.

Currently im on Endor, hitting for 400 combat XP pr creature/lair there and about 4000 rifle XP for the same creature/lair. Mostly there cause i need the meat.

What are the best creatures to get combat XP off, and where do i find them?

As you've noticed, Combat XP is almost always very close to 10% of the normal XP. So to get the most Combat XP per kill, you just have to find the best regualr XP per kill. I can't tell you what that is, but it sounds like you're doing quite well with what you've been working with. The XP cap per kill is 5k, so getting 4k per kill isn't too bad at all

And if you need the meat, no sense in stopping until it shifts You used to be able to bleed a creature down to nothing and shoot it once to finish it off- resulting in almost all of the XP being Combat XP. However, this was changed a while ago and now you have no choice but to do it the hard way

The trick to the grenade method is to use smaller grenades on smaller mobs. Dont bother with something you aren't certified for, just get a bunch of light C12 grenades, get buffed, find something like Gualamas and go to town. I got my last box and a half of Rifle Abilities this way, in one morning.

Psikobunny is right about the C12's, but don't even bother trying to use grenades on critters. I am also on Endor finishing up MRM and this is how I went through the Abilities Tree way ahead of the other skills. First wipe out all the critters. Usually I get my final spawn with about 1/2 of the lairs HAM left. Then I just drop 5 C12's on the lair at optimal range and finish it off with my rifle. I get about 2500 combat XP from just the lair. So with a lair with 6-8 critters, you are talking about 5-6k combat XP this way.

Just my opinion though.

Decided to go just Combat XP hunting and found med som Fambaa`s on Naboo, Easy to take down and gives you 4000 rifle and 400 combat. I really recommend them to anyone going for combat XP. I have a slight advantage as i can use my Areatrack skill to find them

I tired some grenades on Sharnaffs, but didnt think they did all that good. Reason for that is the time it takes to kill them at "my rifleman" skill, the Grenades do almost no damage so im stuck with a Sharnaff that i have to use my rifle to bring down (and that takes forever with my aim, accurat and speed). Better to kille em as quick as possible so that you can take as many as possible, buffs dosent last forever :/
