What is the most powerful (non master rifleman) attack move in your guys opinions?

The (potentially) most powerful pre-Master attack would be Flushingshot2 since it's AoE. Startleshot is our single-target attack with the highest damage multiplier.

EDIT: As Sotaudi points out below, I messed up The above statement should read 'Surpriseshot', not 'Startleshot'.

If your goal is to decide which skill you want to acquire first for leveling, Flushing Shot 2 would be the one to grab since it is AoE attack, just target a quenker lair and start shooting basicly.

Actually, Startleshot2 is not a single target shot. Startleshot2, like Flushingshot2, raises posture, has a 4x damage modifier, and is area effect. The only known difference is that Flushingshot Stuns while Startleshot does not. We have never gotten ananswer why both Startleshots are higher in the tree than their Flushingshot counterparts when the latter seem to do more, but they are.

The highest damage single target shots are Headshot3 and Supriseshot. They both are 3.0x damage modifers and are single target shots, but Headshot3 is(of course) mind damage while Surpriseshot is random pool.

Grr...yeah, I meant to say Surpriseshot. Thanks for correcting that. Problem is that both Surprise and Startle are worthless (to me anyways... ). I thought Surpriseshot had a higher multiplier than HS3? Seems awful silly for them to be the same, but I guess that's why I never use it.
