These are the commands to change your title for Rifleman. You can place these in a macro, loop them, do whatever you want with them. I personally have 2 toolbars setup, 1 for swordsman and 1 for rifleman. I use the shift+f1 box to switch between the 2 (I always use the wrong key combo to switch, so this makes it easier), and to switch to the appropriate weapon. it also changes my title between Battlemaster and Assassin.

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_master (Master Rifleman)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_04 (Gunner)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_speed_04 (Assassin)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_?????_04 (Soldier)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_accuracy_04 (Sniper)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_novice (Novice Rifleman)

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_marksman_rifle_04 (Apprentice Rifleman)

(If you figure out Soldier, please let me know.)

Have you tried

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_03

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_02

/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_01

?

Logic would suggest....

Shyy'rissk the Angry Wookiee:Former Master Swordswook 4440 Doc, Pre-NGE TKM, MPike, Doc 4000, now Master Spy. "Still here, still hitting things until they fall down."

Eenig Darksun, Former Ith Pistoleer and Armorsmith, now Officer "No, you can't call me ET."
Daolee the Spiky, Rodian Medic. "We puts the needle in here, and either you die, or you feel better. If you die, we use it on enemy next time!"

That seems a long way going about things to change your title when you can just go to ctl_p.

The 'ability' comes from 'Rifleman Special Abilities'(4th column). The others would be something like 'sniping', 'concealment', and 'countersniping'. The numbers will either be 04's as well or 01, 02, 03. Should be easy to figure out

While it may not seem the best way to you(Though I prefer Ctrl+P too ), some people not only prefer it this way, but it is the only way to setup a macro to change your title. Since it's a pain to pull up ctrl+p every time you log in to change your title(as many of us must do), this can be a bit of a stress reliever.

The best rifleman titles are Assasin and soldier hands down. Sniper is cool and I dont really like gunner

Yes, I have tried, and no, it doesnt work.

Updated the original post with the assassin one.

Seems like theres a set category for each tree. Abilities is not the Rifle SPecial Abilities line, its the next tree over. So the Abilities is not in the tree.

Working on finding the rest.

Early in the game there was a bug where you could use the text commands to change your title to a Title even if you hadn't earned it.

You may be able to search the forums and find what the command is. They were all over the boards for awhile.

Wow, that's way more complicated than it should be!

I did find out that using the /setCurrentSkillTitle command without anything after it will remove any title you have. I made myself a hotkey for that one

One word: Macro.

Alternate word: Alias.

I have an alias to change my title to Master Rifleman. I have another to change it to Master Doctor. I have another one to clear my title altogether, and I have one to change it to the title I normally use, Novice Marksman.

I even havea macrothat cycles between Master Rifleman and Master Doctor every few seconds, just as a lark.

It takes far less time to type in /titlestd, /titlerifle, or one of the other aliasesI setupthan it does to do the Ctrl-P route.
