Ok, this is what I am doing, I am tired of things warping next to me and killing me with no armor and the 2.5x damage. So, Ibought a full composite sute, and I have macroed it so I can switch between armor and regular clothing for when I am actually hitting something from range. Now, I can't usea rifle becuse of the 2.5x damage...

So, what wepon should I use when something warps on me? I don't have any skill points to put in anyother class (even in marsksman). So what should I use to do some damage to the things that are really close to me before my pets get to me? (I may beable to get 2-3 skills in pistol or carbine at the marks man level)

I am a Master CH and I am working on Master Rifleman also have Medic.

I would like to add that traviling to missions on Endor is alot easyer like this, It has allready saved me from death about 7 times. When things argo me I ussually die if my pets don't get there first with the guard command on. Now I can take the hit and then my pets attack so I am good. So I am only out of armor when I am attacking a mob that has argoed my pets. This is working very well for me, I know this may be a slim chance since not everyone in SWG has a pet (LOL), this may help you struggling Riflemen who are having trubble getting killed when things see you.

Just so you know I am 2/0/4/2 in the Rifleman tree.

Well if your not using head shot, then you can use any other type of weapon, your only choice a a CDEF unelss you level up something. But unless your going fairly higher then marksmen pistol line its not to good of an idea.
