So they slow us down across the board, they look at damage after a month of being slower and possibly change (for good or badknowing how they like to make strange changes) our damage. Then they look at HAM costs for moves. This is where it gets fun. They see that we fire slower at all levels, this tells them we have more time in between shots to heal our mindpool, therefore they need toincrease the HAM costs on all moves....

*Poof* the remaining 5 rifleman instantly leave the profession.
