The Expert Sniping Accuracy ability: "Surprise Shot" is useless! You have to be under cover to use it which makes sense, but its damage needs boosting, or it needs an effect. Surprise shot, according to Prima's Star Wars Galaxies Strategy Guide, has a time modifier of 2 and a damage modifier of 2 with no effects and .5 cost to Health and Action and 1.5 Mind (page 82). Now this would be good except for the fact that "Over Charge Shot 1" has a time modifier of 1.25 and a damage modifier of 2 with no effects and .5 cost to H A and Mind.

What does this mean?

This means with "Surprise Shot" for every 2 seconds you get 2 times the damage of a normal attack, plus you are imobilized if you don't have the sneak ability.

This also with means that with "Over Charge Shot 1" for every 1.25 (not 2) seconds you get 2 times the damage of a normal attack with no effects plus a lowercost to mind than Surprise Shot and you are not imobilized unlike Surprise Shot.

SOthe Novice Marksmanability "Over Charge Shot 1", which every Rilfeman has from his marksman days, does more damage, costs less to preform, plus does not imobilize you. It is a better attackthan theExpert Sniping Accuracy ability "Surprise Shot".(expert sniping accuracy is a tier 3 skill on the far right of the rifleman profession).

This needs to be changed. I have tested this in the game and have found that the strategy guide is unfortunately correct, so "Surprise Shot" is useless.
