Ok I think Snipers have some scout skills so lets do this Make sniper need master scout and rifle 4 so then we have justification for making us the best class in the game. They did it for BH and commando with the same excuse so lets have it the same way.

I was thinking more along the lines of giving Rangers some bonuses to rifles...........
