Thread: I hear our rate is upped and pistol is lowered?

If this is so we need a master rifleman shot like headshot4 that does an avg of 500 mind pool damage with an avg rifle of 400. I'm not sure how the damage mods or but hopefuly u'll get what i mean. Along with that plz put the info on this in here and if there is already a post with all taht info plz link it.
