If I get incapped it seems that an enemy that I've hit w/ mind shot won't die.. their mind bar goes down to nothin, but they're still alive... anyone else notice this?

Im pretty sure all bleeds only drop HAM to 1 and no longer kill by themselves. no more incapped killing im afraid.

Capn what you are failing to see is this is more of a good thing then a bad one. Now you will not longer be incapacitated and have a spawn drop dead and not be able to loot it. This is a major bonus. The major downside to it is now those mobs that can and will DB will now be able to instead of dying before they get to you. From a PVP point of view also good since Poisons will no longer kill you or Bleeds.

That's my main problem.. the mobs that will DB you. The bleed was a security for me... It saved my ass more then once. Oh well.
