I was just wondering if someone could give me a general idea on the best things to do to a laser rifle and what good stats are on a non-upgraded laser rifle and then an upgraded laser rifle. Thanks.

I have delicious example. I bought a Laser RIfle damage 30-371, sorry can't remember or check the speed because of servers are down. Anyway, my friend sliced it 33% of extra damage, and then with 30% damage powerup my damage is30-670. I really recommend damage-slicing and powerups for allRiflemans.
