I have been not wairing armor from the begining. I want to become a master rifleman some day right now im working to get to novice rifleman. I never take the easy root and join the crowd and become a pistol guy i love snipers too much. Hopefully this class once we get to use the fixed T21 will be a force to be rekoned with. Anyway is there any armor worth wairing. I like to kill NPC's right now due to the disks.

I have a macro that equips all my armour when I hit one key. I find I only use it in PvE when something teleports next to me, just until I can warning shot them away. In my opinion if you're getting hit in melee as a rifleman you're already doing something wrong (Cheating mobs using teleport don't count ). As I also have medic I find it's better to take the extra damage and then heal it off rather than suffer the extra drain from armour, when fighting rebel npcs.

PSG's have no HAM penalties and are well worth the expense

Commands were taken from http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=game_guides&message.id=17597

Put your armour in bar 4 top row slots 1 - 9 then make a macro and enter this text:
/ui action toolbarPane03;/ui action toolbarSlot00;/ui action toolbarSlot01;/ui action toolbarSlot02;/ui action toolbarSlot03;/ui action toolbarSlot04;/ui action toolbarSlot05;/ui action toolbarSlot06;/ui action toolbarSlot07;/ui action toolbarSlot08;/ui action toolbarPane00

Drag the macro onto a hotbar and hit it. It's best to use it while naked / clothes only, becuase if you equip the chest piece yourself and hit this macro it will UNequip the armour you are wearing.
