well are they? i've gone to a ton of weapon places and the only one that sold me one was vyce, and i think somebody said he stopped making weapons. should i buy a spraystick? who has the best of those?

Vyce got jaded, it happens to alot of master weaponsmiths. If you can find a e-11 with an incredibly low speed then i would say it is worth it but most of the time a dlt20a beats it for damage/speed and for pure speed then a spraystick is the best.
