Which of these skills is the best and why? (for PvE and grouping)


Strafe Shot 1, Flurry Shot 1, Flushing Shot 1, or Startle Shot 1

my personal favorite, although njot one you have listed, is headshot 3. since mind can't be healed in battle and mind buffs are pretty much worthless, and not too many people wear helmets. i own people with either my laser rifle or t21. can usually kill someone in 1-3 shots.
