You sure he wasn't using aim ? Aim at master will add in +100 to accuracy. You shouldn't miss firing 260 heh

Reason Why I say that is because I just saw evidence that some nut took out a Night Sister Elder with conceal Shot.


Was fully buffed ofcourse but he did it and he was in cover.


I know if I tried this prone I would have missed more then twice.
