If you're an imperial and you're working on completing the upgraded themepark, you may be lucky enough to receive some Form-Fitted Weapon Stocks as a reward.

The stats on them are:
Min Dmg: 25
Max Dmg: 30
Attack Speed: -0.5
Wound: 10
Ideal Range Mod: 15
HAM: 0/0/0

Normally advanced stocks that I've made recently have these stats:
Min Dmg: 40
Max Dmg: 40
Attack Speed: +0.5(ish)
Wound: 10
Idead Range Mod: 10
HAM: 29/29/29

So for a small damage reduction you can make a stocked T21 that's a second quicker than normal without the added killer HAM costs.

With some better resources I'd expect to see a little more damage on top of that.

Now I just need a good damage slice....
