I have a 5.1 speed T21 with a powerup. So if i'm a master rifleman, how fast will i be able to spam specials?

If youre a master speed of the rifle doesnt matter, get a damage power up instead.

speed does matter =p. u attack at about 1.8 seconds per shot w/ the rifle at master, instead of the 1.0 cap
u need 100 speed to attack at 1.0 per second

At master rifleman (+90 speed) you autofire a speed 10.0 rifle at the 1 second cap, with master marksman/master rifleman (+95 speed) you autofire a speed 20.0 rifle at the cap, dunno where the guy that said you need +100 to hit the cap got the idea from. The longest delay special (i think) is strafe 2 with a 3* delay, your 5.1 speed rifle will fire this at the cap at +93 speed, so you need master marksman or a skill tape.
