i am looking for a spray stick that doest the poision to the mind i know it a loot can someone help me out on were to get it it be cool "set there mind on fire" well wiht poision cant spell thansk alot

weapons like that are rare loot items, and completely random in their drops. You could try for a very very long time before you got one.
best source i've seen or heard of for enhanced weapons in general arenightsisters, dark jedi masters, etc... maybe you'll get lucky.
