Not sure i understand how this attack works?

Is it a 1 sot = kill. I read where it says it is a long distance deathblow, do you have to have them incap'ed first? If somone could explain it i would appriciate it.

The skill allows you to DB another player from range. Great for pvp when you need to hit a doctor or medic or anyone for that matter.

it will do no damage to a target that is not incapped...it can only be used when the target is incapped and will deathblow whoever you use it on.

Yes, they have to be incapped at the time.

Yes they have to be incapped for it to death blow. When I have used it I usually only see 25 damage or so in combat spam.
