I love hearing all the bandwagon Riflemen whining and complaining about their problems... Take it from a pre-fix, pre-holo rifleman... You all have it easy... Creatures were harder to kill (Ch pets got nerfed, so did the wild ones) .. 2.5x melee dmg multiplier... Which u dont have now ... but you do have the bug in ur defense that makes u harder to hit.. instead of easier... Goin halfway through your profession with a laser rifle because T21's didnt exist in ur galaxy(Dayem recources!!!.. heh).. Im not jealous that you guys got power now.. and got fotm status... Just saying theres a lotmore complaining goin on now then there was when the old-school riflemen were doin it.. and sticking it out... My 2 cents...

Actually I thought only like 4 servers didn't have the resources meanwhile the rest of us got to lord pre-nerfs over you guys...not that we were sadists or anything. Heh, it really is funny to look back at how **edit**ty we had things compared to now. You know, funny huh not really funny ha ha.

And don't forget, back then, Chefs weren't all that great.. so we only had the muon, so rifleman are lucky now to have the brandys/Glazed Glucose/Fishak to help with the mind cost. Downers were one of the most often things you see in a rifleman, and there werent that many back then either.

Heh, I'm a stubborn son of a **edit** and never went that path. It took master for me to be a spice fiend but I leveled up alone. No pets, not spice, not a single thing to help me but a friend every now and again. Of course with the way I play it took me forever but still I made it over the hump.

Me too. No pets for me, no Spice till Master or damn close, but I grouped a lot after I got flushing 2.
Don't forget the warping.... oh god, the warping....

I got novice smuggler, feign death, and underworld 2 thanks to all the pistol xp I was forced to get via warping. There was a point where I would get roughly half rifle and half pistol it got so bad. I think I still have that scout blaster in my bank vault even. Heh,geeze that brings back memories.
