Thread: surprise shot,concealment, counter-sniping

1: how useful is surprise shot? i have it but i don't need to be in cover to use it.

2: which one should i concentrate 1st, concealment or counter-sniping?

Surprise shot does random damage, and it's kinda slow if you aren't master rifleman.

If you're going straight with grinding, I would recommend counter-sniping first.

However, I would assume that you already have sniping IV, though.

Surprise shot is supposed to only work from cover but it is broken so you don't actually have to use it from cover. Surprise shot has a 3x damage multiplier and Overcharge shot only has a 2.5x damage multiplier. Overcharge shot will decay your weapon at sub-light speeds, hence I never use it
