It does energy dmg and not that powerful but it looks like the commando's HAR. My commando or rifleman toon cant use it. Anyone know who can or is it just a decoration?

Nah, my master commando cant use it. Your thinking of the limited use weapons, such as particle beam cannon. This beam rifle does not have a cert. Ive tried to equipt it with a master BH, master rifleman, and master commando.

was a beta commando weapon. may be fixed someday.

cert was removed but weapon was not.

This has been asked alot. It is an uncerted weapon. No one can 'use' it. Masters have tried and still get the uncerted message, though they can use rifle specials and get rifle xp for using it.
