Thread: Suggestion: No speed cap garbage, just make the Jawa AP0.
Whatever I don't care hell make it do electric damage(Makes more sense, the putses), sooner or later the dev's are going to realize their Armor System blows.

I disagree, I don't think Composite should be the "only" for armor to use in PvP. Weapons like the Jawa encourage people to actually think about what kind of armor to wear.
Stun layers make the Jawa no better than the T21 against an armored opponent anyway.
All armor, by default, is weak to stun.
With a stun weapon, the most damage you can lose is 40% via the triple layer w/ perfect resources, and with 90% energy compo, a T-21's 100 base damage becomes....
100 * 1.56 (ap3 vs ar1)= 156
156 - 90%= 15.6 damage. Woot.
Whereas the Jawa...
100 * (ap1 vs ar1)= 100
100 -40%= 60 damage.
serioulsy don't speed cap, a pure rifleman doesn't cap with out skill attachments anyways or a well speed sliced gun, you need about 3.5 bas speed to cap with adv. strafe and HS3 at 90 speed
Make the jawa electric or ap 0 are great idea's, honeslty how can a stun gun pierce armor? seems to me you could hold a pillow infront of stun to block it, i gess now that i think about stun should net even do dmg should effect secondary stats would be my natural inclination towards its effect if i was designing the game /shrug
