this is my third time leveling rifles and second time in CH. the fastest and best method is countersniping 3 first then go up the accuracy line. you get more than enough accuracy from scout hunting to offset the lack of accuracy when shooting at animals. fire from the kneeling and use your pets to absorb the damage from the monsters.

put points into rifle abilities as you can. get a FAST rifle jawa laser or T21. at low speed mods you will want a rifle close to 4.0 you can go up in speed a bit as you advance up the abilities line. hunt savage quenkers until you get larger pets or more rifle speed. going up the accuracy lines first is a waste of effort since the accuracy you get at novice rifle is more than enough to hunt monsters reliably. once you get CS3 (which is the best attack for non-masters) the XP will roll in fast. with CS3 you can actually go out join a group and level rifle in a few days then go work on CH. 003x is the way to go first.
