Just curious. On WH atleast, any rifle speed attachment goes for an insane amount of credits.

Question 1: Are these really rare, thus making the price jump?

Question 2: At Master Rifleman (no Master Marksman), are these really worth the millions people dish out for them?

I've look at damage calculators, and I know that speed caps at +97. I also can see that damage goes up quiet a bit.

I dont have a couple million to spend on a +5 attachment, so I'll just wait till the village is accessible and grab the Ranged Speed line (+12 I believe, more than enough to cap).

Just curious as to why these seem to go for over 300k+ per point.

As far as the village, don't count on that in the short run. If you aren't already glowing, you'll be forever getting in there.

As far as the tapes, there are just a lot more rifleman than some of the other classes, so it drives the price up. It's no more or less rare than any other speed tape. It's just more people look for them as there are a lot more of us than let's say carbine masters.

Yeah it's all supply and demand for SEAs. There are far less rifle tapes out there than there are rifleman, so the price goes up.

Also wanted to add that a "couple million" for a +5 rifle speed tape is really REALLY cheap...not insanely expensive. If you think that price is bad, I won't even tell you what a +5 would sell for on Eclipse as I do not wantto be responsible for a man's heartattack

rifle tapes are expensive, but to walk away with loot rights when a group trys to ks or when a swordsman trys to ks your NS elder or krayt, he just becomes your tank

my +8 total cost me 5.2 mill on tempest, of course they were in an auction that didnt state that it was in there...so i guess i got off easy, just like with alot of other things i seem to win....always check all auctions....lol

i can cap speed on every rifle.....the slowest ive seen is 14.0 speed, and i capped it, i cap rifles up to 15 speed

SEA are totally worth it. I speed capped with +7 (a +5 and 2 +1s) and I do about twice the damage I did before unspeedcapped. This is using the same gun. I can kill an enraged rancor lair before the second spawning of rancors pops out if I spam strafeshot 2 with my T21. The speed makes all the difference. Master rifle is sweet, Speedcapped master rifle is almost untouchable. I can out damage Jedi on elders if I toss on a powerup.
