MTK/MasterRifle/Pistoleer 0040/Smuggler1140
What do you think? Lots of awesome melee and Ranged, nice defenses, + feign death and the ability to slice terminals and get faction items cheaper.
I dont care about medic since Im always buffed when adventuring.
What do you guys think?

Looks like a plan 
You might try the Triple Master if you find you enjoy Smuggler though. It is a lot of fun as well.

can you feign death while holding a rifle? good defenses is nice and tk adds one of the lacking damage types so it is a nice setup, maybe not the best PvE build or PvP build but it looks fun.

Unless it was nerfed FD has nothing to do with the weapon you are holding. Looks good, go for it.

FD can be done with any weapon...
for the slicing of terms well it can be useful but you can only do it once every 2 mins... so if you get junk you're stuck with it... the underworld tree, really inst that useful... i see you are an imp, so unless you are human or zabrak it would still be cheaper to /delegate and have a humanMSmuggler buy them for you...
i'm close to this template MRifle/MSmuggler/TK 4/4/0/4... if you are buffed there isn't anything that you can't take on... if it looks rough FD, heal up then start going at it again... i despise pistols so i'm biased againt pistoleer... but with TKM CoB and unarmed toughness, add in the melee mit 3, plus the ranged mit 3 from rifles you don't take alot of damage if you play it correctly...

Feighn death Rocks, even in PvP if you are group with buddies who will cover you.... don't feighn death in PvP if you are alone.
