Back on topic here.. yes there is a rifle from a theme park area (if you count the corvette as a theme park or bestine as a theme park) Neither is particularly good though.
If you vote for the war leader in bestine and then do his missions you can get rewarded sometimes with a rifle. If you do the Imperial Corvette missions you can get another rifle> The bestine rifle is energy and not worth that much but is nice to have as a decoration. The corvette rifle is currently bugged but it is heat (another damage type!) but only ap 0 so is not all that useful either.

"For the Lithitanium Rifle quest from Victor in Bestine (if Victor got elected that is) you need to kill the Tusken Executioner and loot its head (no drop/untradeable item). Then go back to Victor in Bestine and tell him you did what he wanted and you'll get the Lithitanium rifle. I have to say that this quest is no longer worth the effort unless you collect rare guns, because the Lithitanium rifle was kinetic damage when it was added to the game, but it has since been nerfed (,,|,, Keldarin) to energy damage.
The Executioner is around 350k HAM and has TK and Rifleman skills. It hit me for a little over 6k with adv strafeshot.. was an insta-incap, as my armor only absorbed a little over half the damage. Think Krayt dragon with alot of adds, because when it spawned for me there was the witch doctor and 2 observers in the room with the Executioner, and it got really interesting trying to sort'em out."
