So I'm a base Trandoshan Master Rifleman. I'm pretty sure that I need more focus, even with Vassarian and Arisa. What should I reduce to get more Focus?
What other changes should I make for a rifleman? More mind? Is there a template stat breakdown that most rifleman use?
I'm also a Master Architect, with some points in Artisan, Marksman, Novice Scout, and Novice Merchant.
I am force sensitive.
Thanks,

I ALWAYS migrate my HAM to
Mind = 1100
Willpower = 1100
Focus = 800
With uber buffs and mind being the weakest point in PvP this seems to work out. I might evne switch to M = 800 and F = 1100 instead.

he was asking about trandoshan not human unfortunately.
(not a trandoshan myself so take this advice with a grain of salt)
max trandoshan mind is Mind 1000 focus 500 willpower 600
I would be move points from health/str/con to beef up Mind/fcs/will
if you want to be buffed all the time I would lower all six of the doc buffable stats
and maximize mind but if you do not want to have to be buffed to hunt I would
make sure I retained at least 500 in health and action and 400 in their
subpools (still not enough but better then nothing) and try to get my mind as
high as possible

Take everything from your health and action substats, but leave the pools as high as they can be with your remaining points. Put those so that your mind is topped out in all the pools. Thats what my Bothan has and he works just fine, can take out ST camps constantly while unbuffed and when I get buffed I'm just a tad worse off then humans due to the bug in their favor. Not sure on what a trando's max and mins are but odds are its similiar to a bothans only focused more on health then action. Just remember this, you guys get natural regeneration for your stats (health I think) so dipping the regen stats low isn't too terrible.

Ah ok thanks for the information.
Starting stats are the following:
Health 1050
Strength 600
Const 750
Action 800
Quick 400
Stamina 400
Mind 700
Focus 350
Willpower 500
Currently I'm going to try out the following:
Health 900
Strength 600 (min)
Const 700 (min)
Action 650
Quick 300 (min)
Stamina 300 (min)
Mind 1000 (max)
Focus 500 (max)
Willpower 600 (max)
So that pools are important to keep high even if the regen rates are low?
Trandoshans do get regeneration, once per hour, click a button. I beleive it is Health only. It's noticeable when unbuffed, but not really when buffed.

As a Zabrak, i have my mind stats all at max, but unfortunately that means a Focus of only 400. I rely heavily on Ahrisa/Brandy/Canape to keep me doing specials.
For the health and action stats I have the primary stat at max and then the other two at whatever is left over. I forget what the numbers are for that.

If I were you I'd drop the health down a tad to raise up the action (don't want to be too vuln to carbineers) so either 800 health 750 action, or 750health 800 action. Whichever you consider to be more important/hit more.
The substats are important, but in a fight they aren't the ones being drained. Unless you can regenerate at about the same rate as the DPS then they are more or less ignorable. If you weren't a rifleman, and buffs weren't at so insane a level, then you'd probably want to have fairly good subs overall and fairly good mains but since that isn't an option I'd go for higher mains then higher subs.
